Identification data: Full name, company name, address, Federal Taxpayer Registration (RFC), articles of incorporation and information regarding its legal representative, Unique Population Registration Code (CURP).
Contact details: Proof of address, email, website, social networks, landline and cell phone numbers.
Employment data: Data that you freely provide to us in your resume such as: professional experience, academic training, name of the company, institution or unit where you provide or have provided services, position, area or department, employment references and personal references, etc.
Commercial data: Corporate purpose or commercial activity, commercial references, projects, commercial offer, materials and/or drawings subject to copyright and/or intellectual property, patents, brands or commercial secrets subject to industrial property rights.
The data you freely and voluntarily provide to BLK GLOBAL LOGISTICS shall not contain sensitive personal data. The Marketing department has a Personal Data Processing Manager, who shall provide you with the necessary attention, including in relation to the exercising of your ARCO rights and who shall also ensure the protection of your personal data within the organization.
Methods for exercising rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO RIGHTS).
Pursuant to the terms permitted by the applicable law and regulations, you may access, rectify and cancel your personal data, as well as oppose the processing of such data, limit its use or disclosure, and revoke the consent you have given for this purpose by means of a written request sent to the email address mkt@blk.global, for the attention of the person in charge of the processing of personal data. The application must contain and be accompanied by at least the following:
• The name and address of the owner or other means of communicating the response to their request.
• The documents proving the identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the OWNER.
• The clear precise description of the personal data in relation to which one of the rights is to be exercised.
• Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data, as well as any other document required by legislation in force at the time of submission of the application.
In the case of requests for rectification of personal data, in addition to the above, you must indicate the changes to be made and provide the documentation supporting your request.
BLK GLOBAL LOGISTICS shall inform you, within a maximum period of twenty days from the date of receipt of your request, of the resolution passed so that, if applicable, it may enter into force within fifteen days from the date of communication of the response. In the case of requests for access to personal data, the applicant or legal representative, as appropriate, shall receive the information following accreditation of the identity of the applicant or legal representative, as the case may be.
